Was skeptical about coming here after hearing from several people how slow the service was, but decided to give it a try since they all said the food was great. They must've had some changes, because our appetizers came in 15 minutes and our entries came in 20. Everything was spectacular, and I would highly recommend.

    The good: food.
The bad: service and wait times. Holy shiiii.

Came here on a Sunday with my family.  We all drove up for the weekend from Chicago.  There were 11 of us and we got there around 7:30pm.  We figure Thai food is pretty quick, typically, and we are familiar with the food, so we would order and get out of there quickly.  We were seated upstairs after maybe 10 minutes.  All good.  But we were not prepared for our dinner to last almost 2.5 hours.  That means that we left the restaurant a little before 10pm.  They close at 8pm on Sundays.

They didn't have menus for us so we just sat there for a while with literally nothing.  Finally, my husband went downstairs to see if he could get us some menus, and he came up with 2 of them.  Eventually, a server came back with more.  No one came to take our order, so my husband wrote our orders down on a napkin, and brought it downstairs.

By 9pm, we had only received our appetizers and drinks - that's 1.5 hours at that point.  They did give us a complimentary dish of pad khee mao, but it was a dish that was sent back by another table because it was the wrong order.  They also gave us a bowl of tom kha - maybe that was a wrong order from another table too.  Regardless, we gladly accepted these because, well, we were legit starving and very hangry.

A server came up at one point to tell us that they have another party of 3 before us, then we will get our food.  OMG.  They hadn't even started on our food 1.5 hours later?!  Around 9 something, we finally got our food.  Yes, the food was good.  But is it worth waiting over 1.5 hours for?  Absolutely not.  This place was understaffed, and those working were overwhelmed.  If they knew they were running behind, they probably should have turned us away.

So, based on other reviews and my own experience, you might get your food in 30 minutes, or maaaaaybe 2 hours.

After coming back several times since my last review, we tried the Pad Thai again and they must have changed the recipe because it is very flavorful now. We really liked it. Makes sense, since the first time we came was right when they opened and were probably still figuring out their recipes.

Also, I do want to say the wait times here are pretty long compared to normal restaurants, but it really depends on what time you come, so it's really a crap shoot on that.

Everything (besides the Pad Thai and wait time) I said in my earlier review still stands. One of the places we make sure to visit every time we're in Lake Geneva!

This restaurant is in what used to be a home. A converted porch was our seating area. Food was good quality but service was mediocre. They had separate seating area on second floor. Servers spent most of the time upstairs. They had many specials which they didn't bother to tell us about. I ordered drunken noodles. Was supposed to be spicy but was not. Lots of vegetables in dish.

I'll try them one more time.

Was looking for something different in lake Geneva.  Loved this thai restaurant.  Was skeptical after reading reviews about service, but our service was excellent.  We had drunken noodles and the eggplant dish. Both were excellent
